15 October 2011	Mendip - 5
	White Eagles 1st XI - 1
	Eagles 1st team travelled to play Mendip and despite starting well found themselves 2 goal down by half time. Eagles started the second half well and created 2 good chances put were denied by the Mendip keeper and against the run of play Mendip scored a 3rd. Nothing seemed to go right for the Eagles and Mendip scored 2 further goals. Eagles did get a consolation near the end Racheal O Livey finding the ne.t Esther Chamberlain was eagles player of the match.
08 October 2011	White Eagles 1st XI - 2
	Yeovil & Sherbourne - 5
	Eagles 1st team lost there first game of the season against a well drilled Yeovil and Sherbourne side by 5 goals to 2. All the goals came in the first half, Yeovil struck first from a short corner but from the restart Eagles equalised - Kate Bolt slotting the ball home from a Suzy Hellier cross. Yeovil then regained the lead with a well taken goal they then made it 3-1 from another short corner but once again Eagles rallied and Racheal O'Livey grabbed Eagles 2nd. The game continued to flow from end to end with Eagles hitting the post twice and having the ball cleared off the line Before half time Yeovil increase their lead. The second half saw both sides create chances with Eagles having the better opportunities but the Yeovil keeper made a number of good saves. Eagles player of the match was Wendy Trump who played well in defence.
01 October 2011	EVCH - 1
	White Eagles 1st XI - 3
	Eagles 1st team got there league campaign in area Central off to a winning start by beating local rivals ECVH 3-1. Eagles scored with their first attack of the game Racheal O Livey finding the net.  The play was even during the rest of the first half with both defences cancelling each other out but ECVH did pull an equaliser back on the stroke of half time for once the Eagles defence failed to clear. The second half saw Eagles play the better hockey and a swift move with a quick ball out of defence from Sarah Pugley found Ali Clarke who passed on to Racheal O Livey with the ECVH defence struggling, a pin point pass to Sallianne Branton who smashed the ball into the net. Eagles made the game safe when O Livey once again got onto the final through ball to score her second. ECVH did rally and the Eagles defence had a number of corners to defend but Esther Chamber and Ali Clarke joint players of the match ensured the ECVH forwards did not score.
24 September 2011	Exe 3rds - 0
	White Eagles 1st XI - 2
	A goal in each half, both from short corners, ensured Eagles 1st made it 3 wins out of 3.  Eagles 1st team game against Exe was evenly contested with both sides playing some good flowing hockey but it was Eagles who made the most of their set plays with Racheal O'Livey sending the ball into the bottom right hand corner of the Exe goal. The Eagles defence had to endure a number of Exe corners but good team work ensured they were not converted.  The second half saw Eagles extend their lead this time player of the match Suzi Hellier found the back of the net. Eagles begin their league campaign next week away at ECVH.
17 September 2011	Minehead - 2
	White Eagles 1st XI - 7
	Eagles 1st team made it 2 wins out of 2 with a 7-2 victory away at Minehead. Despite the score line the Eagles defence had to remain focused and at times were put under a lot of pressure, Sarah Pugsley had a good game as sweeper. Eagles led at half time 3-0  with 2 goals from Rachel O Livey and a well worked goal from Kate Bolt Minehead pulled a quick goal back at the start of the second half but Eagles extended there lead with Briony Copsey finding the ne.t Minehead then got their second when the ball was defected into the net off an Eagles player but Eagles bounced back once again with O livey scoring a futher 3 goals in the second half to bring her tally in the game to 5. Players of the match were Briony Copsey, Sarah Pugsley and Rachael O'Livey.
10 September 2011	White Eagles 1st XI - 3
	EVCH 1st - 1
	Eagles 1st team beating ECVH by 3 goals to one with all three goals coming from Racheal O'Livey. The score was 1-1 at half time Eagles goal coming from a short corner. Eagles had the majority of the possession and at times played some good flowing hockey. Eagles 2nd goal came from a determined run from Wendy Trump who set up O'Livey to finish. Eagles made the game safe when some good play in the mid field from players of the match Mel Moore and Briony Copsey led to O'Livey completing her hat trick.
